Special Educational Needs and Disability First-tier tribunal (SEND)
The First-tier Tribunal (SEND) is an independent tribunal which hears parents' and young people's appeals against local authority decisions regarding their special educational needs.
We will help with the Education Health Care (EHC) appeals; we will assist you to prepare your case and register your case with the HM Courts and Tribunals Service.
We will attend the tribunal with you and ensure that we represent you to present your case to the court in order to receive the support and help that your child needs.
We operate on a fixed fee of £975.
We will help you to review your child's EHC needs assessment or an EHC plan and look to support you to gain further evidence to support your child's case.
We encourage you to have a no obligation informal phone consultation first. Call our office on 0121 325 1337 or email (link below) to arrange for our tribunal specialist to call you back for a free consultation.
